Our spacious three bedroom villas are located around the perimeter of the complex with easy access to the central pool and leisure areas. They feature a double garage with a rear private patio and garden. The master bedroom has a walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms have built in wardrobes and all bedrooms are air-conditioned. The second bathroom has a separate toilet. There is an air-conditioned lounge room, study and dining room adjoining a contemporary kitchen.
Two Bedroom Apartments

All two bedroom units feature two queen sized bedrooms with air-conditioning, built in wardrobes and two bathrooms.
The main bedroom and living area open onto a private lanai balcony overlooking the swimming pools and gardens. They
also feature an open plan living area with a well equipped contemporary kitchen. All apartments have a single carport
for exclusive use of the occupants.

The complex offers many great on-site facilities for the use of residents.
POOL AND BBQ AREA
Central to the complex is the pool and BBQ area with a 25m lap pool, resort style lagoon pool and children's wading pool. In this area there are also two gazebos with BBQ facilities for the use of residents and their guests. Just off the pool area is a library room that can be used by residents for quiet study or reading.

GYMNASIUM
The complex has a well equipped gym for the use of residents. There are weight training and cardio facilities to cater for your workout requirements.

TENNIS COURT
The complex also has a tennis court for the use of residents and their guests.

LOCAL AREA
Smithfield shopping centre is just a short distance away and James Cook University (JCU) is just down the street. Jump in your car and you can be at any of Cairns northern beaches such as Trinity Beach, Yorkey's Knob or Palm Cove within a few minutes. A bus stop at JCU provides easy access to public transport. Drive North for 40 minutes and you will be at Port Douglas or drive a little further to see Mossman Gorge or have an adventure in The Daintree Rainforest. For the adrenaline junkies AJ Hackett Bungee is just up the road. The Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, Tjapukai Cultural Centre, Cairns Wake Park, Cairns Kart Hire & Laser Tag are all just a short distance away. Cairns city is a short 15 minute drive to the South. You can also go out to the Great Barrier Reef with one of the many tour operators.
